Snack
Volunteer Duties
Before
Race Day:
- Popular snacks are beagles (cut ¼’s), muffins (cut in
½), bananas (cut in ½), oranges (cut in ¼)
- There are several snack volunteers. Volunteer #1 will
be “lead” person who will call others and coordinate who will bring what
snacks.
- Need food for 50-70 hungry skiers, you can check the
start list on the results page for the exact number on Thursday night.
- Snacks need to be at the event 45-60 minutes prior to
the start.
- Don’t forget to bring a couple of big trash bags!
Race
Day:
- Bring snacks to race day and set up either in the West orange tent or if it is very cold, set up
snacks in wax area.
End of
Race:
- Get kids to clean up any trash in the area.
- Take leftovers home, or to Beans Cafe.
