Race Day Coordinator makes sure that all the booster club volunteers will be there on race day and know what to do.

Race Day Coordinator makes sure that necessary gear gets to the race and back to the ski room.

Each race will have booster club volunteers:

• Snacks (volunteer)
• Water (volunteer)
• Hand out bibs (volunteers and/or race day coordinator) NO---- coaches will do this
• Blankets on the racers at start and finish (volunteers and/or race day coordinator)
• An adult on each bus to and from the race

The following items are brought from and returned to the ski room. They go on the bus.

• Benches for the shelter
• Waxing benches, torches, waxes, blue tarps
• Blankets
• West banner

The following are with booster club volunteers who will either bring them to the race or bring them to West to go on the bus

• Heater (Martin & Deb) NOTE---- Martin and Deb no longer have a child on the team. Who will be responsible for this in the future?? Patrick McGownd? Rick Liotta??? Any one interested???
• EZ-Up shelter (Patrick)

Race Day Coordinator brings

• Start List for West Skiers from the web
• Names and phone numbers of the race day volunteers from the website or the Hansens

Timeline

• Three days before race contact volunteers: verify they will be there, answer questions.
• Race day XX AM arrive West meet the team manager & adult bus riders
