For 2009-2010 and--- the 2010-2011 season, we have decided that we don’t need parent Bus Riders because we have many coaches!

Race Day Volunteer Duties for BUS RIDERS

Bus Riders to the Race
Race morning:

• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled bus arrival time
• Once the bus arrives, double check ski room is locked
• Help herd kids on to bus
• Check that nothing is left at West
• Sing along with the kids on the bus.

At race venue:

• Make sure nothing is left on the bus
• Make sure duffle bags with tent and blankets get taken off the bus

Bus Riders back to school

• Supervise roll call of skiers
• Sing along with kids
• Once everything is unloaded, make sure nothing is left on the bus
